(A) Pursuant to the authority granted to the city by KRS 82.600 to 82.640, the City Council does hereby establish the Falmouth Parking Citation Enforcement Board, and does hereby adopt the provisions of KRS 82.600 to 82.640 herein by reference, the same as if set out in its entirety in this section.
(B) The Parking Citation Enforcement Board established by this section shall consist of three members appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council; and shall be empowered to conduct hearings pursuant to KRS 82.605 to 82.640.
(C) Pursuant to KRS 82.600(2), the Parking Citation Enforcement Board also means any hearing officer or officers appointed by the Board; and any action of such hearing officer shall be deemed to be the action of the Board.
