(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any other highway, street, alley, or public way within the city at a greater speed than 35 miles per hour, unless a different speed limit has been lawfully established by the state or the city.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of this section, shall upon conviction, be fined as set forth and prescribed in KRS 189.394, which is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
