Except as otherwise provided herein, the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor may be delegated by the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to a duly authorized City of Falmouth employee.
