(A) Effective the August 2018, the rate and charges for electric current in the City of Falmouth shall be as follows.
(1) Customer service charge will be $19.25.
(2) 0-15 KWh, $0.106 per KWh.
(3) All KWh over 150 will be $0.106 per KWh.
(B) In addition to the above charges the energy charge will be subject to a 5% rate stabilization charge.
(C) In addition, on August 1, 2019, the hereinabove mentioned electric rates shall be adjusted in accordance with the Consumer Price Index of the preceding year reported by the United States Government.
