§ 50.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided in § 50.98(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 for each violation. Each day in which a violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
