§ 35.15 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   A Fire Department is hereby established in the city to be known as the Falmouth Volunteer Fire Department.
   (B)   The Volunteer Fire Department shall consist of a Chief, an Assistant Chief, and members. All volunteer members shall be 18 years of age or older.
