§ 32.085 COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   The Historic Preservation Commission members shall receive no compensation for their services.
   (B)   The Historic Preservation Commission members shall have no authority to make any expenditure on behalf of the city, or obligate the city for payment of any sums of money.
   (C)   However, they may make recommendations to the City Council from time to time regarding expenditures and/or obligations.
