§ 31.03 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   For purposes of state law and enforcing city code violations, the city may appoint and designate city officers as it determines necessary as an “enforcement officer.” The City Enforcement Officers shall be authorized to enforce violations of this code including the authority to issue infraction citations, issue summons, and prosecute citations in municipal court.
