§ 30.026 COUNCIL RECESS.
   The Council shall be in recess, at a minimum, during the following dates each calendar year:
   (A)   August 1 through August 31;
   (B)   The Monday before Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving; and
   (C)   December 15 to January 1.
