All lots shall have a minimum area of 10,890 square feet and shall have a minimum front line width of at least 75 feet. In cul-de-sacs, the minimum lot line fronting the turnaround shall be 50 feet and in no cases shall the lot width be less than 60 feet at the building line. If topography, drainage, or other conditions justify, the Council may require a greater area on any or all lots within a subdivision.
