§ 153.08 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.

If satisfied that the plans and documents submitted comply with all requirements of this chapter and with any applicable franchise agreement, the Public Works Director shall issue a permit authorizing construction of the facilities, subject to such further conditions affecting the time, place, and manner of performing the work.
