§ 152.42 ERRORS IN ASSESSMENT CALCULATIONS.
   Claimed errors in the calculation of assessments maybe reported to the City Recorder/Administrator, who shall determine whether there has or has not been an error in fact. If the City Recorder/Administrator finds that there has been an error in fact, he or she shall recommend to the City Council an amendment to the assessment ordinance to correct the error, and, upon enactment of the amendment, the City Recorder/Administrator shall make the necessary correction in the lien docket and send a correct notice of assessment by registered or certified mail. If he or she finds there has been no error in fact, he or she shall reject the claim.
