(A) No person shall construct or maintain any barbed-wire fence or allow barbed wire to remain as a part of any fence along a sidewalk or public way, unless such wire is placed not less than six inches below and on the property owner’s side, not exposed to the public, and above the top of a board or picket fence that is not less than six feet high.
(B) No person shall install, maintain, or operate a wire fence charged with electrical current along a street or sidewalk, or along the adjoining property line of another person.
