§ 111.56 CABLE FRANCHISE.

Cable service providers shall be subject to this chapter to the extent not inconsistent with the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, being 47 U.S.C. §§ 521 et seq. (the “Cable Act”). The city and the cable provider shall enter into a cable franchise agreement with the city, subject to all applicable provisions of state and federal law, including the Cable Act.
