§ 111.55 COMPENSATION FOR CITY PROPERTY.
   If any right is granted by lease, franchise agreement, or other manner, to use and occupy city property (not the right-of-way) for the installation of facilities or other infrastructure, the compensation to be paid for such right and use shall be fixed by the city through a separate agreement with the communications provider.
