SCHEDULE IV. OVERNIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Overnight parking shall be prohibited within the Business District on the streets of the city.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this schedule shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $100.
