(A) A tax is hereby levied and shall be paid by every seller exercising the taxable privilege of selling MARIJUANA and MARIJUANA-INFUSED PRODUCTS, as defined in this subchapter.
(B) The Administrator is authorized to exercise all supervisory and administrative powers with regard to the enforcement, collection, and administration of the marijuana tax.
