(A) The Building and Safety Committee is composed of all available employees, include at least one employer representative authorized to ensure correction of safety and health issues, and be held on company time and attendees paid at their regular rate of pay.
(B) If the city has ten or fewer employees, it may hold safety meetings with available staff in lieu of having a Safety Committee.
