For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. Includes, but not limited to, items commonly referred to as “trash”, non-putrescible water, putrescible wastes, and unwanted or discarded waste materials and rubbish. GARBAGE shall not include bulky refuse either too large or heavy to be conveniently and efficiently loaded in garbage collection vehicles.
