§ 51.08 VOLUNTARY DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE.
   Persons wishing to discontinue the use of any water service shall give a five-day notice thereof to the Finance Officer. Failure to do so shall render them liable for the payment of all bills until such notice has been given.
