§ 51.07 RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION.
   In the event that any water service is disconnected for non-payment of a bill, every property owner shall have the right to have the same reconnected only upon the payment of the amount due, and in addition to a reconnection fee. Such fee shall be determined by resolution of the City Council.
