(A) The municipal utility shall terminate service hereunder only during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, except no termination shall be permitted on a legal holiday.
(B) At his or her discretion, the City Finance Officer may agree to the partial payment of at least one-third of the balance of the municipal utility bill and the customer’s entering into a written agreement to pay the balance within 60 days. Failure to make payments as agreed shall also be grounds for termination under the provisions of this chapter.
