§ 33.10 PREPARATION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
   The Planning and Zoning Commission shall prepare a Comprehensive Plan for the approval of the City Council within the law as set forth in SDCL §§ 11-6-14 through 11-6-39, inclusive.
