§ 33.04 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.
   The members of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor of the city, and confirmed by the City Council. The Mayor may also appoint administrative officials of the city to be ex officio members of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
