§ 33.03 ESTABLISHMENT.

There shall be established for the city a Planning and Zoning Commission with five members. Each member shall be appointed for a five-year term. At its commencement, two members shall be appointed for a three-year term, and the remaining members shall be appointed for a five-year term.
