§ 31.19 QUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS.
   The Mayor and members of the Council shall qualify by filing the Constitutional Oath with the Finance Officer. All appointive officers shall qualify by filing the Constitutional Oath and by refurnishing such undertaking as required by the City Council or otherwise required by law.
