(A) Each numeral of the street number displayed by each person pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall not be less than two inches in width with a minimum stroke width of one-half inches and not less than four inches in height.
(B) The street or avenue number shall be so located on the structure on a contrasting background so that it is clearly visible from the street, avenue, or roadway from which the address is taken.
(C) If the length of the driveway/access way exceeds 75 feet or a physical obstruction prevents the number from being visible from the street, avenue, or roadway of which the address is taken, then the street or avenue number shall be posted adjacent to the area in which the driveway/access way visible intersects the street, avenue, or roadway so that the number is clearly visible from the street, avenue, or roadway from which the address is taken.
(D) Multi-building campus/complex developments addressed on private or public streets shall be provided with signage at the entrance to the campus/complex indicative of the address ranges within.
(E) The posted street or avenue numbers must be placed in such a way as to ensure its visibility year round and not be obstructed by such things as, but not limited to, snow or vegetation, to provide for emergency identification at all times.
