(A) Every person having a home or business establishment within the city is required to display in a prominent place upon his or her home or business establishment the street or avenue number assigned by the city engineer as provided in this chapter.
(B) Prior to commencing construction of any new home or business establishment within the city, the assigned address number shall be placed on the lot on which construction will take place and shall be clearly visible from the street, avenue or roadway and shall be maintained until a permanent address number is placed on the structure.
(C) Prior to occupancy of any structure, the permanent address number of the size specified by this chapter shall be affixed on the structure.
