§ 52.26 CONTRACT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT.

The City of Faith may enter into a contract with individuals or commercial entities for the purpose of treating or disposing of private sewage or industrial waste originating within the municipality or within ten miles of the corporate limits of the municipality, if the plant has the capacity to handle the sewage or industrial waste.
