§ 132.01 CURFEW HOURS AND EXCEPTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 16 years to be on the streets, alleys, or public grounds of the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., and for any person under the age of 18 to be on the streets, alleys, or public grounds of the city between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. unless accompanied by parents, legal guardian, or some adult person over 18 years of age having the care and control of said person, or unless such person shall be upon some necessary errand by written permission of a parent, and except approved school functions and activities, and said person so permitted to be outdoors shall have with him or her such written permission and shall upon request of any police officers of the city exhibit the same to said police officer.
