(A) Malt beverage retailers licenses for the sale of malt beverages for on- and off-sale licenses issued pursuant to the provisions of SDCL § 35-4-2(16) and (17) shall be permitted within the city limits of the city along with the issuance of temporary malt beverage licenses.
(B) The number of licenses which shall be issued and the fees to be charged for such licenses shall be set, pursuant to SDCL § 35-4-11, by resolution by the City Council.
