§ 112.06 HOURS OF SALE.
   (A)   The hours during which off-sale dealers may sell any alcoholic beverage shall be governed by SDCL § 35-4-81, and all amendments thereto.
   (B)   The hours during which any dealer of malt beverages may sell, serve, or allow to be consumed malt beverages shall be in accordance with all state laws governing the same.
