§ 112.03 LICENSE RESTRICTIONS.

Applications for on-sale, off-sale, or malt beverage licenses shall have the necessary fees attached upon being submitted to the City Council as required by the state laws and the granting and retention of licenses will be as provided by the state laws and local regulations.
