§ 111.29 SPECIAL EVENTS.
   (A)   (1)   A person in charge of a special event shall obtain a peddler’s permit prior to holding any special event.
      (2)   Such special event peddler’s permit shall be granted subject to compliance with any conditions or requirements placed on it by the Finance Officer.
   (B)   Any special event that is conducted by a bona fide nationally chartered veterans, religious, charitable, educational, or fraternal organization, local civic or service club political party, or volunteer fire department or political committee on behalf of a candidate for a political office, which exists under the laws of the state, is exempt from the special event permit required under division (A) above.
   (C)   Any person peddling or vending at any special event who would otherwise be required to obtain a peddler’s permit, shall be deemed exempt from the permit required under § 111.20 for the duration of the special event.
   (D)   (1)   Every person in charge of a special event shall maintain a full list of all peddlers and/or vendors included in such special event.
      (2)   A copy of this list shall be provided to the Finance Officer or Police Chief upon his or her request and failure to do so shall be an offense.
