(A) Any person performing any excavation relative to the town’s water system is required to notify the Director of Public Works prior to the commencement of said excavation.
(B) If any excavation shall take place on any way of the town open to the public, the Director of Public Works shall be provided with specifications for compaction of the earth for trench filling prior to excavation.
(C) The notice of requirements contained herein are the responsibility of the person doing the excavating.
