§ 51.44 COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE WATER DEPARTMENT.
   Every person, firm or corporation laying or repairing water pipes or doing anything in connection with the water distributing system of the town shall act in accordance with this subchapter and rules and regulations of the town.
