§ 51.20 ACCESS TO BUILDINGS.
   The town shall have access at all reasonable times and hours to all parts of any building or premises in which water is being delivered form the water mains for the purpose of inspecting the conditions of the pipes and fixtures and the manner in which the water is being used.
