§ 51.16 WHEN WATER DISCONTINUED.
   Violation of any of the rules and regulations of this subchapter is sufficient cause for the water being turned off without notice and a penalty of $100 shall be paid to the town before the water is turned on again and, in addition thereto, the offending persons may be punished as provided by the laws of the state.
