§ 51.06 APPLICATION; WHEN WATER TURNED OFF.
   Application for town water to be used for any purpose shall be made at the Town Hall before the Town Clerk, in writing, which must be signed by the owner or duly authorized agent of the owner of the property served. When water service is ordered shut off from any premises, all charges for water supplied to such premises shall be immediately due and payable to the town.
