(A) All officers and persons shall wear the badge of the Department while on duty.
(B) Persons not connected with the Department shall not be permitted to ride on apparatus.
(C) Information relative to fires, alarms and Department business shall, under no conditions, be given out to anybody. Persons making such inquiry shall be referred to the Chief Engineer.
(D) Members of the Department shall at all times be thoroughly familiar with all ordinances pertaining to Fire Department and to fire prevention.
(E) All cars and vehicles operating within the area between the fire hall and place of fire, other than firefighters’ cars or vehicles, shall pull to the curb on sounding of fire siren or firefighters’ horn, to avoid interference with firefighters and apparatus.
