§ 33.26 OPERATION, DISCIPLINE, OBEDIENCE AND CONDUCT.
   (A)   Strict discipline shall at all times be maintained for the purpose of contributing, as a necessary factor, to the smoothness of operation and efficiency of the Department. Firefighters shall hereby note that absolute discipline and the prompt obedience to orders is at all times required. When a person is detailed to perform the duties of a higher office than that which he or she officially holds, he or she shall be obeyed and respected accordingly.
   (B)   Any officer or member of the Department who shall refuse or voluntarily neglect to obey or execute any orders from the officer in charge of any fire, or who shall violate or willfully neglect or refuse to be controlled, governed or managed by any of the rules or regulations of the Department, shall by subject to suspension or expulsion from the Department by the Town Council.
