(A) Operators in charge of truck or trailer shall act as drivers thereof, and shall be held responsible for the management of their apparatus, seeing that it is left clean, in good order and ready for service at all times.
(B) Drivers of other automobile apparatus to which they are assigned shall be responsible for the management of same and shall see that it is in good condition for service at all times.
(C) All operators and drivers shall start engines at least once weekly and run them long enough to determine their condition.
(D) Operators and drivers shall, at all times, be under the supervision and direction of the Chief Engineer.
