§ 32.08 RECEIPTS MADE IN TRIPLICATE.
   When a fine imposed by the Town Judge for the violation of a municipal law be paid in money, he or she shall issue a receipt therefor in triplicate on blanks to be furnished him or her by the Clerk, another to accompany the Town Judge’s monthly report to the Council and the other to remain in the Town Court as part of its report.
