§ 32.06 BAIL.
   Any person arrested for a violation of a municipal law may be admitted to bail by giving bonds with security, to be approved by the Town Judge and, if he or she cannot act, then the Marshal, in such sum as he, she or either of them may specify. The bond shall be conditioned that the defendant will appear at the time named therein before the Town Court and answer to the charge for which he or she has been arrested. The bond shall be filed in the Town Court and, if the defendant fails to appear at the time mentioned in the bond, the Town Judge may declare the bond forfeited.
