§ 32.05 DUTY OF OFFICER ARRESTING.
   The officer making the arrest shall make due return on his or her warrant; and, if any officer arrests a person without a warrant, said officer shall forthwith file in the Town Court, a complaint against the person arrested as provided in this chapter.
