§ 32.04 ISSUANCE OF WARRANT.
   Upon filing the complaint, the Town Judge shall, if the complaint charges the violation of any municipal ordinance, issue a warrant to any police officer and the officer must serve the warrant by taking the defendant into custody and bringing him or her before the Town Judge.
