§ 155.011 INTERPRETATION OF USES.
   If ambiguity arises concerning the appropriate classification of a particular use within the meaning and intent of this chapter, or if a specific use is not listed, it shall be the duty of the Zoning Administrator to ascertain all pertinent facts and make an official interpretation in writing. Thereafter, such interpretations shall govern. All interpretations shall be on file in the office of the Town Clerk. Any appeal of the Zoning Administrator’s official written interpretation shall be reviewed by the Board of Adjustment according to § 155.077 of this chapter.
