§ 155.010 INTERPRETATION OF MAP BOUNDARIES.
Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of districts as shown on the official zoning map, the boundaries shall be interpreted as following the nearest logical line to that shown. Where shown as approximately following parcel boundaries, it shall be construed as following such parcel boundaries; where shown as following approximately the town limits, railroad tracks, street centerlines, stream or water centerlines or shorelines, it shall be construed as following such lines. Boundaries indicated as extensions of or parallel to such lines shall be so construed and, where distances are not shown on the map, they shall be determined by the scale of the map. Where boundaries seem to conflict with physical or cultural features on the land, the Zoning Administrator shall interpret such boundaries, with any interpretation or decision of the Zoning Administrator appealable to the Board of Adjustment according to § 155.077 of this chapter.
