§ 154.04 PLANTING ELM TREES.
   In order to prevent Dutch Elm disease, the planting of elm trees (American, Siberian, Dropmore and any and all other elm selections of Ulmus species) shall be prohibited on boulevards, public property and town rights-of-way.
