§ 112.38 LICENSEE MAY NOT REFUSE SERVICE; EXCEPTIONS.
   No licensee who has been issued a license pursuant to this chapter shall refuse any service to any individual by reason of such individual’s race, color, sex, culture, social origin, political or religious ideas, but this section shall not be construed to prevent a licensee from refusing to serve or evicting from the premises any disorderly or drunk individual or any individual improperly attired according to the general standard of the premises.
